Dear Sandri Bulk Wood Pellet Customers,

I am writing to advise you that Sandri Energy has entered into an agreement to sell our bulk wood pellet division to Lyme Green Heat effective April 3, 2023. Lyme Green Heat will continue to supply the same quality bulk wood pellets, produced by Lignetics of New England, that you have been receiving from Sandri. As your new bulk pellet supplier, Lyme Green Heat will also be available for 24-hour service on your fully automated pellet boiler equipment.

It is the intention of both companies to facilitate a smooth transition for bulk pellet customers. Once the sale has closed, Sandri will stop delivering bulk wood pellets in your service area and customers contacting Sandri for bulk pellet deliveries will be directed to Lyme Green Heat for transition of service. For your convenience, we have enclosed a customer information sheet and postage paid envelope for you to set up your account with Lyme Green Heat in advance.
