"Very Professional"

I recently purchased a home in Greenfield. I contracted Sandri to service my oil burner and asked if they would send a technician who would take the time to give me a tutorial on my system. They said any of their technicians could do that. They sent Brian. He was fabulous. He explained everything in a way I could understand, was patient with my questions, and offered suggestions for how I could lower my oil use. He even figured out that my burner had been serviced recently enough that he didn’t need to do any work on it, saving me the cost of servicing. I expect this is the beginning of a great relationship with Sandri.

I switched to Sandri after years with another vendor. I spoke with Grace on the phone who was both lovely to talk to and informative. She helped create a new account with ease. The driver who came to inspect my tanks and deliver was also fantastic (I believe her name was Kathy?). Despite the other company stating they couldn't get up my driveway she assured me that she would likely not have a problem and would call if she did. Very happy thus far.

"Fantastic Job!"

I had Rick Bukowski come today to service my furnace. Turned out there was an unforeseen problem with it. Rick was able to find the problem in an extremely short period of time and was able to repair it as well as service the unit in a short amount of time. He was extremely understanding, articulate, knowledgeable and clean. He did a fantastic job. If you are lucky enough to have him stay with Sandri, I would love to have him service my equipment every year.

Sandri installed a wood stove for me two years ago and we’re great and professional, even working through a government program to cover the expense. When recently it was revealed they had made an error they were really good about finding a quick solution to get me back up and running. I mostly dealt with Lauren who is really professional and on top of everything.

Rick Bukowski came to service our generator. We also had an issue with our fireplace insert. Instead of just brushing the issue aside he agreed to take a look at it. Ovi and Jeremy came to look at my heat pump hot water heater. I've had it for almost a year and it's never delivered hot water reliably at the proper temperature. They patiently ran through diagnostics while talking to a technician from the company (Bradford White) for an hour on the phone. They were very professional and explained what they did clearly. We have had a hot water heater and mini-splits installed earlier this summer and are very happy. Most recently we had service on our gas furnace and I was very pleased with Rick Bukowski. He was neat, quiet, and thorough. He changed out a worn part and made sure I knew why he did it. When he finished I barely knew he had been there everything was cleaned up and closed up. Today Jeremy Cartwright serviced our furnace and hot water heater. He was right on time, cheerful, polite, and wearing his mask (while I temporarily forgot mine). He even asked about entering through a bulkhead so as not to come through the house, but the outside entry to the basement was snowed in. After cleaning the units and replacing the furnace filter, he filled us in on the efficiency of our units, which was optimal in both cases. We were very pleased to make his acquaintance and pleased he took the time to explain the shape of our systems. Hope to see him in the future!

Rick Bukowski came to do a general inspection of our Gas heating system. We just moved into this house and we are unfamiliar with they system, he showed us what to do and what NOT to do, explaining every step of the way. During his inspection he found that one of the sensors is on it's way out and ordered a replacement.
